Who are we?

This website is run by YouMe Bakery (YouMe Holiday Co., Ltd), 231/3 Moo 1, Maenam, Koh Samui, Thailand.

What we receive

  • When you order: your first name, your last name, your WhatsApp or phone number, your e-mail if you give it, the pickup day, your order and your note.
  • When you request our professional prices: the name of your business, your name, your contact details and your message.
  • In both cases, your internet address (IP address), to protect us against abuse.

What it is used for

Only to process your order or request: to confirm it, send you the payment link, prepare it and let you know when it is ready.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Your information is stored with our hosting provider, HostM, in a password-protected area. We keep it for as long as needed to follow up on orders and for our accounts.

When we write to each other on WhatsApp or by e-mail, those messages also go through these services.

Statistics and cookies

We count visits with GoatCounter, without cookies and without identifying you. Your basket and your language stay saved in your own browser.

The Google Maps map, the Google fonts and the phone number check are loaded from other services, which receive your internet address as with any web page. Google Maps may also use its own cookies.
